摘要
针对晋能控股装备制造集团寺河二号井153320工作面厚层坚硬顶板垮落困难、矿压显现强烈的问题,采用不同层位压裂钻孔组合方式对坚硬顶板进行弱化处理,优化顶板钻孔水力压裂参数并进行现场工业性试验。结果表明:采用顶板水力压裂预处理技术后,钻孔内裂隙发育明显,顶板来压步距与动载系数降幅显著,厚层坚硬顶板放顶效果良好。
Aiming at the problems of difficult caving of thick and hard roof and strong mine pressure in 153320 working face of No.2 well in Sihe Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group Co.,Ltd.,the combination of fracturing boreholes in different layers is used to weaken the hard roof,optimize the hydraulic fracturing parameters of roof boreholes,and carry out on-site industrial test.The results show that after the roof hydraulic fracturing pretreatment technology is adopted,the fracture development in the borehole is obvious,the roof weighting step distance and dynamic load coefficient decrease significantly,and the roof caving effect of thick and hard roof is good.
