甲状腺功能异常患者甲状腺功能指标与体内氧化应激指标的关联性分析

Correlation between thyroid function indexes and oxidative stress indexes in patients with thyroid dysfunction

目的:分析甲状腺功能异常患者甲状腺功能指标与体内氧化应激指标的关联性。方法:选取本院2023年7月~2024年7月收治的50例甲状腺功能亢进患者作为甲亢组,另取50例甲状腺功能减退患者作为甲减组,以及50例健康成人作为正常组。比较三组入组时甲状腺功能指标[促甲状腺素(TSH)、游离甲状腺激素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)]和体内氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)]水平;采用Pearson相关性分别分析甲亢组和甲减组甲状腺功能指标和体内氧化应激指标之间的关系。结果:甲亢组TSH水平较正常组更低,FT4和FT3水平较正常组更高;甲减组TSH水平较正常组更高,FT4和FT3水平较正常组更低(P<0.05)。甲亢组和甲减组SOD和MPO水平均较正常组更低,MDA水平均较正常组更高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,甲亢组血清TSH与SOD和MPO呈正相关,与MDA水平呈现负相关(P<0.05);甲减组血清TSH与SOD和MPO呈负相关,与MDA水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能异常患者甲状腺功能指标与体内氧化应激指标存在一定程度的相关性。

Objective:To analyze the correlation between thyroid function indexes and oxidative stress indexes in patients with thyroid dysfunction.Methods:A total of 50 patients with hyperthyroidism,50 patients with hypothyroidism and 50 healthy adults in the hospital were enrolled as hyperthyroidism group,hypothyroidism group and normal group between July 2023 and July 2024.The levels of thyroid function indexes[thyrotropin(TSH),free thyroid hormone(FT4),free triiodothyronine(FT3)]and oxidative stress indexes[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),myeloperoxidase(MPO)]in the three groups were compared.The relationship between thyroid function indexes and oxidative stress indexes in hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Results:TSH level in hyperthyroidism group was lower than that in normal group,while levels of FT4 and FT3 were higher than those in normal group.TSH level in hypothyroidism group was higher than that in normal group,while levels of FT4 and FT3 were lower than that in normal group(P<0.05).The levels of SOD and MPO in hyperthyroidism group and hypothyroidism group were lower than those in normal group,while MDA level was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that in hyperthyroidism group,serum TSH was positively correlated with SOD and MPO,while negatively correlated with MDA(P<0.05).In hypothyroidism group,serum TSH was negatively correlated with SOD and MPO,while positively correlated with MDA(P<0.05).Conclusion:There is certain correlation between thyroid function indexes and oxidative stress indexes in patients with thyroid dysfunction.
