摘要
为使聚醚密封胶在保持原有的粘接密封效果的同时,拥有更优异的力学性能。利用无水柠檬酸和甘氨酸为碳源,以微波法制备得到了碳点,并通过静电吸附制备得到CaCO_(3)@CDs复合粒子,并以CaCO_(3)@CDs为填料,制备硅烷改性聚醚密封胶。研究了CDs的光学性能,以及添加量CaCO_(3)@CDs对密封胶力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,CDs可以被CaCO_(3)进行包覆得到CaCO_(3)@CDs复合粒子,该复合粒子可均匀分布在密封胶基体中。当CaCO_(3)@CDs掺量为100份时,CaCO_(3)@CDs改性聚醚密封胶的力学性能达到最佳。使其在保持原有的粘接密封效果的同时,拥有更优异的力学性能。
In order to make the polyether sealant maintain the original bonding and sealing effect,and has better mechanical properties.Using anhydrous citric acid and glycine as carbon sources,carbon dots were prepared by mi⁃crowave method,and CaCO_(3)@CDs composite particles were prepared by electrostatic adsorption,and silane modi⁃fied polyether sealants were prepared with CaCO_(3)@CDs as fillers.The optical properties of CDs and the effect of adding amount CaCO_(3)@CDs on the mechanical properties of the polyether sealants were investigated.The results showed that CDs could be coated with CaCO_(3)to obtain CaCO_(3)@CDs composite particles.CaCO_(3)@CDs could be uniformly distributed into the sealant matrix.When the amount of CaCO_(3)@CDs was 100 copies,the mechanical properties of the CaCO_(3)@CDs modified polyether sealant reached the best.At this time,it has better mechanical properties while maintaining the original bonding and sealing effect.
