摘要
桩基承载力直接影响建筑的施工质量,因此进行钢筋混凝土建筑桩基截面承载力测试研究。以宁波某商业用地工程项目作为研究对象,根据建筑设计方案制作多个桩基试件,在试件周围布设承载力测试仪器。在钢筋混凝土建筑桩土体系荷载传递理论的支持下,制定桩基截面加载方案,通过荷载施加、数据记录等环节,完成桩基截面承载力测试操作,并得出截面的抗压、抗弯、极限承载力指标测试结果。测试结果显示,试件截面抗压承载力、抗弯承载力和极限承载力测试结果的平均值分别为438.4、518.6和552.8 kN。
The bearing capacity of pile foundation directly affects the construction quality of buildings,so the bearing capacity test of reinforced concrete building pile section was studied.Taking a commercial land project in Ningbo as the research object,several pile foundation test pieces were made according to the architectural design scheme,and bearing capacity test instruments were arranged around the test pieces.Under the support of the load transfer theory of the reinforced concrete building pile soil system,the loading scheme of the pile foundation section was formulated.Through the load application,data recording and other links,the test operation of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation section was completed,and the test results of the compression resistance,bending resistance and ultimate bearing capacity indexes of the section were obtained.The test results showed that the average values of the compressive bearing capacity,flexural bearing capacity and ultimate bearing capacity of the prepared specimen sections were 438.4,518.6 and 552.8 kN respectively.
