摘要
为延长开级配沥青路面的使用年限及服务水平,选用LT-HVA高粘剂、玄武岩纤维对OGFC-13改性沥青混合料进行复合改性,探究复合改性沥青混合料高温抗车辙、低温抗开裂及水稳定性等路用性能的改善机理。通过配合比设计确定不同高粘剂、玄武岩纤维掺配方案下沥青混合料的最佳油石比;通过对沥青混合料开展相关路用性能试验,分析不同高粘剂、玄武岩纤维的最佳掺配方案。试验结果表明,高粘剂、玄武岩纤维的掺入均能改善沥青混合料的路用性能;SBS+LT-HVA+BF(9 mm,0.3%)OGFC-13沥青混合料高温及水稳定性能最优;SBS+LT-HVA+BF(12 mm,0.3%)OGFC-13沥青混合料低温性能最优。
In order to extend the service life and service level of open-graded asphalt pavement,LT-HVA high viscosity agent and basalt fiber were selected to composite modify OGFC-13 modified asphalt mixture,and the improvement mechanism of road performance of composite modified asphalt mixture,such as high temperature rutting resistance,low temperature crack resistance and water stability,was explored.The optimal oil-stone ratio of asphalt mixture under different high viscosity and basalt fiber blending schemes was determined by the mix ratio design.Through the relevant road performance tests of asphalt mixture,the optimal blending scheme of different high viscosity agents and basalt fibers was analyzed.The experimental results showed that the addition of high viscosity agents and basalt fibers could improve the road performance of asphalt mixtures.SBS+LT-HVA+BF(9 mm,0.3%)OGFC-13 asphalt mixture had the best high-temperature and water stability performance.SBS+LT-HVA+BF(12 mm,0.3%)OGFC-13 asphalt mixture had the best low-temperature performance.
