吸收塔中喷淋浆液对烟道腐蚀影响分析及防腐创新研究

摘要 通过分析燃煤电厂烟气湿法脱硫对烟道腐蚀的常见问题,利用威固板甲防腐系统新型材料对原有传统防腐材料如玻璃鳞片、合金防腐材料等进行更换。威固板甲由8 mm威固板甲、宾高德胶粘剂、环氧类底漆。应用表明新型烟道防腐蚀材料能够更好的保护烟道壁免受吸收塔中喷淋浆液的腐蚀,也不会出现传统防腐材料脱落、起皮、鼓包等问题。采用新型烟道防腐材料较传统防腐材料具有很大的优势,不仅可以避免传统防腐材料由于高浓度酸碱腐蚀等带来的高额维修、维护成本,而且新型防腐材料的强韧性、低膨胀系数使得整个系统在运行过程中更加高效,也带来了巨大的经济效益与社会效益。 By analyzing the common problems of flue gas wet desulfurization of coal-fired power plant flue gas corrosion,the original traditional anti-corrosion materials such as glass flakes and alloy anti-corrosion materials were replaced by using new materials of Weigu plate armor anti-corrosion system.Weigu plate armor consists of three parts,8mm Winguard plate,bengold Adhesive,and epoxy primer.The application shows that the new flue anti-corrosion material could better protect the flue wall from the corrosion of the spray slurry in the absorption tower,and there would be no traditional anti-corrosion material peeling,skinning,bulging and other sites.The use of new flue anticorrosive materials has great advantages over traditional anticorrosive materials,which not only can avoid the high repair and maintenance cost of traditional anticorrosive materials due to the high concentration of acid and al⁃kali corrosion,high-frequency vibration,alternation of heat and cold,etc.,but also the new anticorrosive material's strong toughness and low coefficient of expansion make the whole system more efficient in the process of operation,which also brings great economic and social benefits.
