氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂的制备与研究

摘要 为改善丙烯酸树脂的疏水性、拉伸强度和耐水性,制备了氟硅改性的丙烯酸树脂。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、热失重测试(TGA)、凝胶色谱分析(GPC)等对改性前后的丙烯酸树脂进行表征,并对氟硅改性丙烯酸树脂涂层进行测试。研究表明,丙烯酸树脂中引入全氟癸基三甲氧基硅烷和硅酸四乙酯,搭配HT-100固化剂制备的涂层性能得到很大提高。在氟硅改性剂添加量为树脂质量的25%时疏水效果最好,水接触角从未改性丙烯酸树脂的83.8°大幅上升至140.5°。 To improve the hydrophobicity,tensile strength and water resistance of acrylic resins,fluorosilicon modified acrylic resins were prepared.The acrylic resins befor and after modification were characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),thermogravimetric(TGA)and gel chromatography(GPC),and the modified acrylic resin coating was tested.The results showed that the properties of the coating prepared by adding perfluorodecyl trimethoxysilane and tetraethyl silicate into the acrylic resin with HT-100 curing agent were greatly improved.The hydrophobic effect was best when the content of fluorosilicon modifier was 25%,and the water contact angle increased from 83.8°to 140.5°.
