H13热作模具钢表面耐高温磨损涂层制备技术研究进展

摘要 在工业生产中H13热作模具钢使用广泛,但是其高温情况下会发生磨损,疲劳失效普遍存在,这大大地影响生产的安全性,并且严重损害了经济效益。为了更好地探究分析H13热作模具钢的高温磨损情况,并改善其性能,提高其服役时间,国内外学者对H13钢进行了表面改性处理。在介绍H13钢研究现状的基础上,重点对激光熔覆、热喷涂技术、气相沉积技术,以及渗硼、渗碳、渗氮、多元共渗技术等化学热处理方法进行了总结,针对不同的方法对H13热作模具钢改性的优缺点进行分析,并对H13钢的高温磨损涂层制备技术进行了展望。 In industry,H13 hot working die steel is widely used,but it experiences wear at high temperatures,and fatigue failure is widespread,which greatly affects the safety of production,and seriously damages the economic effect.In order to better investigate and analyze the high temperature wear of H13 hot working die steel,domestic and foreign scholars apply the surface modification technology to improve its performance and its service time,this paper summarizes those research status,on the laser cladding,thermal spraying,vapor deposition,chemical heat treatment boronizing,carburizing,nitriding,and multi-element penetration technologies,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the modification of H13 hot working die steel according to its different methods,and prospects the development of preparation technology of high temperature wear coating for H13 steel.
