数智技术正在深度推动社会加速演进,人类发展面临的机遇与挑战前所未遇,“共生”是应对挑战,化危为机,促进社会与文明发展的重要选项。共生源于人类最本源性的共同价值基础,要在差异化要素的有机聚合中建立积极的文明共生。共生在不同民族、国家和地区存在文化差异甚至冲突,而人机的共生关系和共生的心智逻辑在AI技术条件下具有更加复杂形态和运作形式,由此基于价值理性与整体协同的共生管理与治理孕育而生并有待系统研究。我国的文化传统蕴含丰富的共生哲学思想和管理智慧,可为当前人类发展的时代危机贡献智慧和力量。

The digital and intelligent technologies are deeply promoting the accelerated evolution of society.The opportunities and challenges faced by human development are unprecedented.“Symbiosis”is an important option for responding to challenges,turning crises into opportunities,and promoting the development of society and civilization.Symbiosis originates from the fundamental common value foundation of human beings,and it is necessary to establish positive civilized coexistence through the organic aggregation of differentiated elements.Symbiosis exists cultural divergence or even conflicts in different ethnic groups,countries,and regions,and the symbiotic relationship and cognitive logic between humans and machines in the AI technology condition have more complex forms and operational modes.So based on value rationality and overall coordination,Symbiosis management and governance have been emerged and need be studied systematically.Chinese cultural traditions contain abundant symbiotic philosophical ideas and management wisdom,which can contribute wisdom and strength to the current crisis of human development.
