基于“岗课赛证”实践的应用化工技术专业人才培养模式总结

职业教育作为类型教育,是要注重培养学生适应新时代要求的认知能力、合作能力、创新能力和职业能力。重庆化工职业学院依托市级应用化工技术专业群双高建设,在专业群应用化工技术专业中开展“岗课”“课证”“课赛”多维融合的有效探索,不断推动学生多维能力的提升,在改革实践中产出了一批突出的成果,并对实践过程进行了经验总结。

As a type of education,vocational education focuses on developing students’cognitive,cooperative,innovative and vocational skills to meet the needs of the new era.Based on the two-level construction of applied chemical technology specialty group at city level,Chongqing Chemical Industry Vocational College explores the multidimensional integration of“course”“certif icate”and“competition”of applied chemical technology specialty group,constantly promotes the improvement of students’multi-dimensional ability,produces a number of outstanding results in the reform practice,and summarizes the experience of the practice process.
