乳化炸药制备质量管控策略

摘要 乳化炸药因其卓越性能和环保特性,在民爆行业中占据着重要地位。然而,其生产过程异常复杂,对质量控制提出了巨大挑战。文章着重研究了乳化炸药制备过程中的关键质量控制问题,分析了原料配比、温度控制、搅拌参数等因素的影响机制,并提出了相应的优化控制策略。通过引入数学模型、在线监测和智能控制技术,成功实现了工艺参数的精准调控,显著提升了产品质量的稳定性。 Emulsified explosives play a significant role in the civilian blasting industry due to their outstanding performance and environmental characteristics.However,their production process is exceptionally complex,posing significant challenges to quality control.This paper focuses on studying the key quality control issues in the preparation process of emulsified explosives,analyzing the influencing mechanisms of factors such as raw material ratio,temperature control,and stirring parameters,and proposing corresponding optimization control strategies.Through the introduction of mathematical models,online monitoring,and intelligent control technology,precise control of process parameters has been successfully achieved,significantly enhancing the stability of product quality.
