摘要
危险化学品的管理一直是高校安全管理的重点和难点,分析并明确高校危险化学品潜存的风险因素,建立科学的风险评价体系,安全管理高校危化品,对保护在校师生的生命和财产安全至关重要。文章以WSR系统方法论为指导,结合广州中医药大学危险化学品管理经验,通过文献调研及专家问卷等方法,建立了高校危险化学品风险管理的WSR模型,并利用AHP分析方法进行了风险评价。通过建立并分析高校危险化学品的WSR风险模型,文章从物理,事理和人理多维度系统探讨了影响高校危险化学品安全管理的主要风险因素、重要风险因素和一般风险因素,从理论层面为高校危险化学品的安全管理提供了新思路。
The management of hazardous chemicals has always been a focus and difficulty in safety management in universities.Therefore,analyzing and clarifying the potential risk factors of hazardous chemicals in universities,establishing a scientific risk assessment system,is crucial for the safe management of hazardous chemicals and protecting the lives and property of teachers and students in universities.Guided by the WSR system methodology and combined with the experience of hazardous chemical management at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.This article established a WSR model for risk management of hazardous chemicals in universities through literature research and expert questionnaires,and conducted risk assessment using the AHP analysis method.By establishing and analyzing the WSR risk model for hazardous chemicals in universities,this paper systematically examines the primary,significant,and general risk factors affecting the safety management of these chemicals from three levels containing physical,rational,and human dimensions,which offers novel insights for the safety management of hazardous chemicals in universities in the theoretical standpoint.
