低液量工况下海管滞球的解决措施

摘要 海管通球作业是清除海管内杂质、保护海管和提高输送效率的重要措施。随着油田开发生产,产液量下降是必然趋势,低液量工况下通球易导致海管滞球。为解决清管球滞留在海管内部的难题,通过上游平台蓄液,该方法成功消除了油田的滞留球隐患。这为后期油田产液量下降情况下实施海管通球提供了经验,同时对其他油田开发后期的海管通球作业具有示范意义。 With the development and production of oilfields,the decline of liquid production is an inevitable trend,and the ball through operation under low liquid volume conditions can easily lead to ball stagnation of sea pipes.In order to solve the problem of pigging balls being trapped in the sea pipe,the method successfully eliminated the hidden danger of the pigging balls in the oilfield by storing liquid on the upstream platform.It provides experience for the decline of liquid production in the later stage of the oilfield,and provides guidance for the operation of the sea pipe through ball in the later stage of other oilfield development.
