摘要
文章针对刚果(金)某矿企硫化铜精矿焙烧—浸出—直接电积系统产出阴极铜存在的板面凹坑、冲刷缺口、凸瘤粒子等表面质量问题,结合现场实际生产情况,综合分析了影响阴极铜表面质量的各项因素,并采取了一系列改进措施,有效地解决了阴极铜表面质量问题,稳定产出了高质量阴极铜,可为同类企业提供生产指导和技术参考。
This article focuses on the surface quality problems such as pits,erosion notches,and convex particles in the cathode copper produced by the copper sulfide concentrate roasting-leaching-direct electrowinning system of a mining company in the Democratic Republic of the Congo,and combines the actual production conditions on site,comprehensively analyzed various factors affecting the surface quality of cathode copper,and adopted a series of improvement measures to effectively solve the problem of cathode copper surface quality and stably produce high-quality cathode copper,which can provide production guidance and technology for similar enterprises refer to.
