分节段现浇混凝土连续梁施工监控及支架内力重分布研究

摘要 预应力混凝土连续梁常采用支架法现浇施工。结合工程实际,分析了箱梁自重、预应力损失对成桥状态主梁应力的影响,并对不同工况下支架内力重分布进行了分析。在连续梁关键截面埋设应变传感器进行应力监测,并在关键位置进行支架轴力监测,现场监测数据与理论计算值较为吻合。 Cast-in-place construction of prestressed concrete continuous beams frequently employs the falsework method.In conjunction with practical engineering examples,the study analyzes the effects of box girder self-weight and prestress losses on the stress levels of the main beams in the completed bridge configuration.An analysis was conducted on the redistribution of internal forces within the falsework under various working conditions.Strain sensors are embedded at critical sections of the continuous beams for stress monitoring,and monitoring of support axial forces is conducted at key locations.The on-site monitoring data closely aligns with the theoretical calculations.
