摘要
结合常州大庙弄片区老广播电视塔的修缮,针对建(构)筑物的结构特点和现状情况,有针对性地创新技术和器具,采用检测和张拉一体化技术对预应力杆件进行补张拉,既解决了电视塔修缮最大的难题又加快了进度且节约了费用。同时,在修缮完成后,对电视塔的使用功能转换,不但使城市标志建筑焕然一新,而且重新焕发了电视塔的生机,延续城市的历史,实现了工程建设的高效、高质和高生命力。
In combination with the repair of the old broadcasting and television tower in the Damiaonong area of Changzhou,targeted innovative technologies and instruments are adopted based on the structural characteristics and current situation of buildings.The integrated technology of detection and tensioning is used to supplement and tension the prestressed members,which not only solves the biggest problem of TV tower repair but also accelerates the progress and saves costs.At the same time,after the repair is completed,the functional conversion of the TV tower not only revitalizes the city's iconic buildings,but also revitalizes them to continue the city's history,achieving efficient,high-quality,and high vitality in engineering construction.
