摘要
为提高钢结构焊接质量,以某超高层建筑工程项目为例,开展转换钢结构焊接施工技术的研究。通过超高层建筑中转换钢结构焊接施工参数设计、焊前预热与层间温度控制、接头焊接与焊后保温缓冷,完成施工方案的设计。在此基础上,设计实例应用实验,通过实验证明,提出的施工技术应用效果良好,按照规范进行施工可以使工程中各项指标通过质量验收。
In order to improve the welding quality of steel structures,a study was conducted on the welding construction technology of conversion steel structures,taking a super high-rise building project as an example.Complete the design of the construction plan by designing welding construction parameters for conversion steel structures in super high-rise buildings,pre welding preheating and interlayer temperature control,joint welding and post welding insulation and slow cooling.On this basis,an example application experiment is designed to prove that the proposed construction technology has good application effects,and construction according to specifications can ensure that all indicators in the project pass quality acceptance.
