Application Analysis of Cement Mixing Pile in Deep Soft Soil Layer of Coastal Gate Pump Project

以某临海闸泵工程为例,阐述深厚软土层水泥搅拌桩应用。该工程地基处理设计采用水泥搅拌桩和预制钢筋混凝土管桩相结合的方法,通过4次试验桩施工,结合影响水泥搅拌桩施工质量的因素,分析施工过程中出现的问题,并制定改善水泥搅拌桩施工的措施。

Taking a coastal gate pump project as an example,the application of cement mixing pile in deep soft soil layer is described.The foundation treatment design of the project adopts the combination of cement mixing pile and precast reinforced concrete pipe pile.Through the construction of four test piles,combined with the factors affecting the construction quality of cement mixing pile,the problems in the construction process are analyzed,and the measures to improve the construction of cement mixing pile are formulated.
