亚吉铁路运营现状及问题分析

Analysis of Current Situation and Problems of Addis Ababa-Djibouti Railway Operation

对亚吉铁路在运营过程中存在的技术人员与技术力量不足、工装设备不满足高级修程需求等问题进行分析,并提出改进措施,包括引进专业人员,建立维修基地,补强高级修程,解决车辆维修问题;划分线路管理职责,改造平交道口,实现路权封闭,提升线路行车安全;升级外部电源,改造配套设施,优化供电结构,解决电源不稳问题;积极推动铁路立法,加强线路安保力量,制定应急预案,保障抢险救灾方案切实可行。

This paper analyzes the problems during the operation process of the Addis Ababa-Djibouti railway,such as insufficient technical personnel and technical strength,and the tooling equipment does not meet the advanced repair needs.And puts forward the following measures:introducing professional personnel,establishing maintenance bases,strengthening advanced maintenance programs,and solving vehicle maintenance problems;Divide line management responsibilities,renovate level crossings,achieve right of way closure,and improve line driving safety;Upgrade external power supply,renovate supporting facilities,optimize power supply structure,and solve the problem of unstable power supply;Actively promote railway legislation,strengthen line security forces,formulate emergency plans,and ensure the feasibility of emergency rescue and disaster relief plans.
