摘要
教育部发布的《教师数字素养》为高校教师提升数字化教学能力提供了可操作的标准。该研究立足战略、技术、人才三个维度阐释高校教师数字化教学能力提升的重要价值,客观呈现高校教师在教学能力数字化提升过程中存在的认知、育人、应用困境,基于教师数字素养行业标准,分析数字化教学能力提升的基本方向,从战略、制度、主体、责任四个层面协同推动高校教师数字化教学能力的提升。
The Teachers’Digital Competency issued by the Ministry of Education provides an operational stan⁃dard for college teachers to improve their digital teaching ability.This study explains the important value of im⁃proving the digital teaching ability of college teachers from the three dimensions of strategy,technology,and tal⁃ent,objectively presents the difficulties in terms of cognition,education,and application that college teachers face in the process of improving digital teaching ability.Based on the industry standards of digital competency for teachers,the basic direction of improving digital teaching ability is analyzed,and the improvement of college teachers’digital teaching ability is jointly promoted from the four levels of strategy,system,subject,and responsi⁃bility.
