摘要
课程思政是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径,是贯彻“三全育人”方针的必然选择。高校教师作为课程思政教学的直接践行者,扮演着“经师”和“人师”的重要角色。该文以高校教师课程思政教学能力提升的必要性为逻辑起点,围绕高校教师课程思政教学意识不强、内容单一、考核不足三方面探讨了课程思政的实施现状,并从提升高校教师课程思政综合素养、创新教师课程思政教学设计、完善教师课程思政评价体制等方面,为其指明优化路径。
Ideological and political education in specialized courses is an important way for colleges and universi⁃ties to carry out the fundamental mission of fostering virtue through education and the inevitable choice to carry out the policy of“three-pronged comprehensive education”.As the direct practitioner of ideological and political teaching in specialized courses,college teachers play important roles both as a knowledge imparter and a life men⁃tor.Taking the theoretical significance of the improvement of the ideological and political teaching ability of col⁃lege teachers as the logical starting point,this paper discusses the implementation status of the ideological and po⁃litical teaching of college teachers from three aspects of weak consciousness,single content and insufficient as⁃sessment,and indicates the optimization path for from improving the comprehensive quality of college teachers’ideological and political teaching,innovating the teaching design of teachers’ideological and political teaching,and improving the evaluation system of teachers’ideological and political teaching.
