Since the implementation of the“double high-level plan”,building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers has become an important measure to improve teaching quality.This paper ana⁃lyzes the characteristics and training objectives of the teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teach⁃ers,points out its importance in vocational education reform,and explains the significance of the teaching innova⁃tion team of“double-qualification”teachers,including promoting the professional development of teachers,pro⁃moting the innovation of teaching methods,and improving the learning effect of students.It also interprets the key elements of building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers,and proposes the path and implementation strategy for building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers,emphasizing the value and significance of building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers.
