“双高计划”背景下“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设研究

摘要 “双高计划”实施以来,建设“双师型”教师教学创新团队成为提高教学质量的重要举措。该文分析了“双师型”教师教学创新团队的特点和培养目标,指出其在职业教育改革中的重要性,阐述了“双师型”教师教学创新团队的意义,包括促进教师专业发展、推动教学方法创新和提升学生学习效果等,诠释了建设“双师型”教师教学创新团队的关键要素,提出了建设“双师型”教师教学创新团队的路径与实施策略,强调“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设的价值与意义。 Since the implementation of the“double high-level plan”,building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers has become an important measure to improve teaching quality.This paper ana⁃lyzes the characteristics and training objectives of the teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teach⁃ers,points out its importance in vocational education reform,and explains the significance of the teaching innova⁃tion team of“double-qualification”teachers,including promoting the professional development of teachers,pro⁃moting the innovation of teaching methods,and improving the learning effect of students.It also interprets the key elements of building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers,and proposes the path and implementation strategy for building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers,emphasizing the value and significance of building a teaching innovation team of“double-qualification”teachers.
