摘要
实践育人作为高校十大育人体系之一,是高校人才培养的重要环节。新工科理念的提出既为工科院校的发展带来了机遇,也对复合型工科人才的培养提出了更高的要求。面对当前实践育人工作的现实困境,常州大学材料科学与工程学院立足专业特色,贯彻“三全育人”理念,以培养“四有”高素质复合型的材料人为目标,探索构建实践育人“四方平台”,持续推动实践育人“四维融通”,为高校实践育人工作创新提供参考。
Practical education,as one of the“top ten”education systems in colleges and universities,is an impor⁃tant link in college talent training.The concept of new engineering not only brings opportunities for the develop⁃ment of engineering colleges,but also puts forward higher requirements for the training of composite engineering talents.In the face of the current practical difficulties in practical education,School of Materials,Changzhou Uni⁃versity,based on its professional characteristics,implements the concept of“three-in-one education”,aims to cultivate“four-in-one”high-quality and composite materials talents,explores the construction of a“fourdimensional platform”for practical education,and continuously promotes the“four-dimensional integration”of practical education,providing a reference for the innovation of practical education in colleges and universities.
