广东省城镇污水处理系统碳排放研究

摘要 城镇污水处理的低碳化改造有助于实现“双碳”目标,本研究以《城镇污水处理厂污染物去除协同控制温室气体核算技术指南》(试行)以及《污水处理厂低碳运行评价技术规范》为参考框架,探讨厂碳排放的实际特征,从而分析得出相应的碳减排对策。研究结果表明,某厂过去一年的碳排放量和强度存在双重上升的趋势,电能消耗是主要的碳排放来源。实现节能减排处理的综合效能应采用高效机电设备,加强负载管理;建立需求响应机制,大力回收能源,探索可持续新工艺;通过综合应对体系实现后续行动,并通过优化运营管理机制,建立精细化的调控体系;优化污水处理技术,实现碳排放方式的全面转型。 The low-carbon transformation of urban sewage treatment helps to achieve the“dual carbon”goal.This study takes the“Technical Guidelines for Collaborative Control of Greenhouse Gas Accounting for Pollutant Removal in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants”(trial)and the“Technical Specifications for Low Carbon Operation Evaluation of Sewage Treatment Plants”as reference frameworks to explore the actual characteristics of plant carbon emissions and analyze corresponding carbon reduction strategies.The research results indicate that the carbon emissions and intensity of the factory have shown a dual upward trend in the past year,with electricity consumption being the main source of carbon emissions.The comprehensive efficiency of energy-saving and emission reduction treatment adopts efficient electromechanical equipment and strengthens load management,establish a demand response mechanism and vigorously explore sustainable new technologies for energy recovery,implement follow-up through a comprehensive response system;by optimizing the operation and management mechanism,establishing a refi ned regulatory system,considering the optimization of sewage treatment technology,and achieving comprehensive transformation of carbon emissions.
