首钢矿业铁尾矿绿色高效规模化利用技术探索及实践

摘要 首钢矿业公司为解决铁尾矿资源浪费及环境污染问题,从铁尾矿的绿色、高效、规模化利用出发,开展了一系列铁尾矿综合利用研究及生产实践。针对铁尾矿的大规模处置问题,探索了尾矿库尾砂再选技术,通过再选工艺回收铁金属,并将尾砂用于生产建筑用砂,有效缓解了尾矿占用土地和资源浪费的问题,同时减轻了对周边环境的污染;通过将尾矿用于充填采空区,实现了尾矿的零排放,优化了充填工艺,提高了矿山的资源利用效率;利用尾矿制备建筑材料和生态修复材料,实现了特细尾矿高值化资源利用;全流程一体化尾矿处置工艺的应用,将尾矿高效浓缩、干排与建筑砂提取技术相结合,实现了尾矿资源的规模化消纳与安全处置;上述一系列技术探索与实践,显著提高了尾矿资源的综合利用率,延长了尾矿库的服务年限,综合效益显著,可为行业内铁尾矿的综合利用提供参考依据。 In order to solve the problem of waste of iron tailings resources and environmental pollu-tion,Shougang Mining Company has carried out a series of comprehensive utilization research and produc-tion practice of iron tailings from the green,efficient and large-scale utilization of iron tailings.Aiming at the problem of large-scale disposal of iron tailings,the tailings reconcentration technology of tailings reser-voir is explored.Iron metal is recovered by reconcentration process,and tailings are used to produce con-struction sand,which effectively alleviates the problem of land occupation and resource waste of tailings,and reduces the pollution to the surrounding environment.By using tailings to fill the goaf,the zero dis-charge of tailings is realized,the filling process is optimized,and the resource utilization efficiency of the mine is improved.The use of tailings to prepare building materials and ecological restoration materials has realized the high-value resource utilization of ultra-fine tailings.The application of the whole process inte-grated tailings disposal process combines the efficient concentration of tailings,dry discharge and building sand extraction technology to realize the large-scale consumption and safe disposal of tailings resources.The above series of technical exploration and practice have significantly improved the comprehensive utilization rate of tailings resources,extended the service life of tailings reservoirs,and achieved remarkable compre-hensive benefits,which can provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of iron tailings in the industry.
