摘要
为了研究菱铁矿对铁矿分选的不利影响,针对菱铁矿细粒黏附难分离的问题,以含菱铁矿的典型铁矿为例,总结了菱铁矿在铁矿石中分离分选技术的研究现状,从含菱铁矿铁矿石的矿物组成、嵌布特征、磨矿性质、菱铁矿表面物理化学性质及可浮性等角度出发,结合菱铁矿分离分选现状,分析了菱铁矿在分选过程中对赤铁矿、石英等矿物的不利影响,并针对菱铁矿易泥化、细粒难选、严重影响含菱铁矿铁矿物反浮选精矿品位及回收率等问题,分析了菱铁矿预先浮选分离工艺研究现状,归纳了当前菱铁矿分选技术对于解决菱铁矿细粒黏附难以分离等问题的关键,并对菱铁矿预先分离技术的研究进行了展望。
In order to study the adverse effects of siderite on the separation of iron ore,aiming at the problem that the fine particles of siderite are difficult to separate from each other,the typical iron ore contain-ing siderite is taken as an example to summarize the research status of the separation technology of siderite in iron ore.From the perspective of mineral composition,dissemination characteristics,grinding properties,surface physical and chemical properties and floatability of siderite-containing iron ore,combined with the current situation of siderite separation,the adverse effects of siderite on hematite,quartz and other minerals in the separation process are analyzed.Aiming at the problems of easy mudding of siderite,difficult separa-tion of fine particles,and seriously affecting the grade and recovery rate of reverse flotation concentrate of siderite-bearing iron minerals,the research status of pre-flotation separation process of siderite is analyzed,the key of current siderite separation technology to solve the problems of siderite fine particle adhesion and difficult separation is summarized,and the research on pre-separation technology of siderite is prospected.
