某矿大巷煤柱回收工作面顺槽合理煤柱尺寸研究

摘要 以某矿大巷煤柱回收22405工作面为工程背景,探究相邻工作面回采后引起的超前支承压力分布规律及其对围岩稳定性的影响,分析不同尺寸煤柱对巷道支承压力的影响,并确定合理煤柱尺寸下相关支护技术参数。研究结果表明,22405工作面回风顺槽与22401,22402,22403工作面相交,易受到采动应力影响;22402工作面停采线距离较近,煤柱仅有8 m,回风顺槽处采动应力集中系数达1.48,巷道变形破坏较严重;22403工作面停采线距离较远,煤柱达20 m,回风顺槽处采动应力集中系数达1.44,巷道无明显变形破坏;22405工作面回风顺槽采动应力集中系数随22401工作面留设煤柱尺寸的增加,呈现出先增大后减小的趋势;确定采用“锚梁网索喷”联合支护方式对22401工作面煤柱影响区域巷道进行支护。研究成果为大巷煤柱回收工作面顺槽合理煤柱尺寸研究提供参考。 Based on the coal pillar recovery face 22405 in a main roadway of a mine as the engineering background,the distribution law of leading abutment pressure caused by mining in the adjacent working face and its influence on the stability of surrounding rock are investigated,the influence of different coal pil-lars on the roadway abutment pressure is analyzed,and the relevant supporting technical parameters under reasonable coal pillar size are determined.The results show that the return air channelling of 22405 working face intersects with 22401,22402,22403 working face,which is susceptible to mining stress.The stop-min-ing line of the working face of 22402 is close,the coal pillar is only 8 m,and the mining stress concentra-tion coefficient at the return air channele is 1.48,so the deformation and damage of the roadway are serious.The distance of stop-mining line in the 22403 working face is far,the coal pillar is 20 m,the mining stress concentration coefficient at the return air channel is 1.44,and the roadway has no obvious deformation and damage.With the increase of the size of the coal pillar in 22401 working face,the mining stress concentra-tion coefficient of 22405 working face first increases and then decreases.It is determined that the combined support method of"anchor-beam-net-cable-jet"is used to support the roadway in the coal pillar affected ar-ea of 22401 working face.The research results provide a reference for the study of reasonable coal pillar size along the channel of coal pillar recovery face in large roadway.
