“新公科”背景下高校警务人才培养模式的创新研究

摘要 当前的新型犯罪态势对公安队伍的能力素质提升提出了新要求,公安院校需要探索构建以创新融合的公安学、公安技术学为基础的“新公科”人才培养路线。浙江警察学院特创办创新实验班,目的是构建满足现代警务体系和高素质警务人才培养需求的学科专业体系,培养创新型警务人才。文章以浙江警察学院的创新实验班为例,从培养目标、选拔机制、培养模式、课程设置等方面探索创新型警务人才培养模式,为持续开展创新型警务人才培养奠定坚实基础,对公安院校创新人才培养模式的探索具有一定参考意义。 The current new crime situation has put forward new requirements for the improvement of the ability and quality of the public security team.Public security colleges and universities need to explore the construction of a"New Public SecurityScience"talent training route based on innovative integration of public security studies and public security technology.Zhejiang Police College has established an innovative experimental class with the aim of building a disciplinary and professional system that meets the needs of modern policing system and high-quality policing talent cultivation,and cultivating innovative policing talents.Taking the innovative experimental class of Zhejiang Police College as an example,this article explores the innovative police talent training mode from the aspects of training objectives,selection mechanism,training mode,curriculum setting,etc.,laying a solid foundation for the continuous development of innovative police talent training,and has certain reference significance for the exploration of innovative talent training mode in public security colleges.
