高校学前教育专业校企合作共建机制的实践与思考

摘要 随着教育事业的快速发展,学前教育对幼儿教师提出的要求越来越高,需要高校学前教育专业进行科学有效的教学改革,由此,校企合作共建机制的建立和实践成为高校学前教育专业顺利完成全面革新的关键所在。文章阐述高校学前教育专业开展校企合作的必要性,并提出包括共建人才培养方案、共建实践教学基地、共建课程体系、共建师资队伍在内的高校学前教育专业校企合作共建机制的实践策略,以期提升学前教育专业人才培养质量,培养更多符合实际岗位需求的学前教育专业人才。 With the rapid development of education,the requirements for preschool teachers in preschool education are becoming increasingly high.It is necessary for universities to carry out scientific and effective teaching reforms in preschool education majors.The establishment and practice of school enterprise cooperation mechanisms have become the key to the smooth completion of comprehensive reforms in preschool education majors in universities.The article elaborates on the necessity of school enterprise cooperation in early childhood education majors in universities,and proposes practical strategies for the school enterprise cooperation mechanism in early childhood education majors,including the establishment of talent training programs,practical teaching bases,curriculum systems,and teaching staff.The aim is to improve the quality of talent cultivation in early childhood education majors and cultivate more early childhood education professionals who meet the actual job requirements.
