数学课堂开展分层教学实现减负增效的策略探究

摘要 分层教学作为一种针对性强、灵活性高的教学策略,可提供适配度更高的教育资源与支持,精准定位学生的学习需求。分层教学应用于数学课堂,有利于促进学生的个性化发展,增强学生的信心与动力,强化师生、生生间的合作交流,是实现减负增效的有效途径。在教学实践中,教师要细致分层,并灵活调整,同时定制差异化教材,强化辅导,并开展多元评价,让学生在积极向上的氛围中持续成长,在减负的同时提升学习效能。 Layered teaching,as a highly targeted and flexible teaching strategy,can provide more adaptable educational resources and support,accurately targeting students'learning needs.The application of layered teaching in mathematics classrooms is conducive to promoting students'personalized development,enhancing their confidence and motivation,strengthening cooperation and communication between teachers and students,and between students.It is an effective way to reduce burden and increase efficiency.In teaching practice,teachers should be meticulous in layering and flexible in adjusting,while customizing differentiated teaching materials,strengthening tutoring,and conducting diverse evaluations,so that students can continue to grow in a positive atmosphere and improve learning efficiency while reducing burden.
