高职学前教育专业产教融合校企协同培养模式探索

摘要 为进一步适应当前社会的快速发展,职业教育要跳出以知识教育和技能培养为主的传统模式,紧跟行业发展趋势,发挥产教融合、校企协同培养在职业人才培养中的优势,构建更为完善的职业教育体系。文章以高职学前教育专业教学模式改革为核心,在分析产教融合校企协同培养模式内涵、高职院校学前教育专业人才培养目标的基础上,从课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、实践教学环节建设、实习实训基地建设、校企合作机制建设以及评价体系建设方面,针对性地提出多项实施策略,旨在提升学前教育专业教学效率,为学前教育行业输送更多高质量人才。 In order to further adapt to the rapid development of current society,vocational education should break away from the traditional mode of knowledge education and skill training,keep up with industry development trends,leverage the advantages of industry education integration and school enterprise collaboration in vocational talent cultivation,and build a more complete vocational education system.The article focuses on the reform of the teaching mode of preschool education major in vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the industry education integration and school enterprise collaborative training mode,as well as the talent training objectives of preschool education major in vocational colleges,multiple implementation strategies are proposed from the aspects of curriculum system construction,teacher team construction,practical teaching link construction,practical training base construction,school enterprise cooperation mechanism construction,and evaluation system construction,aiming to improve the teaching efficiency of preschool education major and provide more high-quality talents for the preschool education industry.
