Nowadays,live streaming e-commerce has become a new benchmark for the development of the e-commerce industry,which is the result of the two-way integration of live streaming and e-commerce under the digital background.At the same time,diversified,specialized,and high-quality live streaming sales craftsmen have become a scarce resource in the industry trend.Vocational education is a fertile ground for cultivating craftsmen,accelerating the construction of a modern vocational education system,and cultivating more high-quality technical and skilled talents and skilled craftsmen are important manifestations of vocational education keeping up with the times.The article takes the integration of industry and education as the background,analyzes the connotation of live streaming sales craftsman talents,and explores the framework construction and practical path of e-commerce professional talent training mode on this basis,in order to improve the quality of professional talent training and cultivate more live streaming sales craftsman talents.
