产教融合视域下大数据技术专业人才培养模式研究与实践

Research and Practice on Training Mode of Big Data Technology Professionals from the Perspective of Industry-Education Integration

随着时代的进步,大数据产业发展迅速,占据社会生活的方方面面,影响最直观的可谓在教育领域。作为为社会输出人才的主要基地,高职院校教育须做到与时俱进,力求为社会部门输出专业性较强的大数据人才。产教融合为人才的培养提供有力保障,高职院校应走产教融合之路,提升大数据技术专业人才培养的实效性。文章首先分析产教融合的概念;其次,浅谈大数据专业人才培养的必要性;最后,详述产教融合视域下培养大数据技术专业人才的实践策略,以期提升高职院校育人的实效性。

With the advancement of the era,the big data industry has developed rapidly,occupying all aspects of social life,and the most intuitive impact is in the field of education.As the main base for exporting talents to the society,higher vocational colleges must keep pace with the era and strive to export professional big data talents for the social sector.Industry-education integration provides a favorable guarantee for talent training,and higher vocational colleges should take the road of Industry-education integration to improve the effectiveness of big data technology professional talent training.This paper first analyzes the concept of Industry-education integration,then talks about the necessity of training big data professionals,and finally discusses the practical strategies of training big data technology professionals from the perspective of industry-education integration,in order to improve the effectiveness of education in higher vocational colleges.
