文章通过分析纸质文件和电子文件的存储载体在记录信息时微观结构的变化,论述电子文件在线时存储载体的动态性和内容的稳定性,总结出电子文件不同于纸质文件等传统载体的固有特征,明确电子文件真实性概念的内涵和外延。针对目前电子文件归档时存在的实际问题,通过分析目前纸质文件验证和保障真实性的技术和方法,给出验证和保障电子文件真实性的有效途径。

This paper analyzes the microstructural changes in paper documents and electronic documents during information recording,discusses the dynamics of electronic documents and the stability of content when they are online,summarizes the inherent characteristics of electronic documents that are different from traditional carriers like paper documents,and clarifies the concept of authenticity for electronic documents.In view of the practical problems existing in the archiving of electronic documents,an effective way to verify and guarantee the authenticity of electronic documents is given by analyzing the current technologies and methods of verifying and ensuring the authenticity of paper documents。
