用于火电机组二次调频的混合储能系统容量配置优化方法

摘要 现代经济与社会发展的同时,对电力的需求也不断增加,并且世界范围内的环境问题、能源短缺问题越来越受到关注,新能源发展迅速,风能、太阳能等可再生能源大规模并网。但由于并网的不确定性、波动性、弱惯性等,不利于电力系统的安全、稳定运行。受响应速度慢、爬坡率低等的影响,传统机组不符合电网的调频需求,需更加优质的调频资源。混合储能系统对火电机组的二次调频可发挥辅助作用,可解决其二次调频能力不足的问题。 With the development of modern economy and society,the demand for electricity is also increasing,and worldwide environmental problems,energy shortage is getting more and more attention,new energy is developing rapidly,wind energy,solar energy and other renewable energy large-scale grid connection.However,due to the uncertainty,volatility and weak inertia of grid connection,it is not conducive to the safe and stable operation of power system.Affected by slow response speed and low climb rate,traditional units do not meet the frequency modulation requirements of the power grid,and need more high-quality frequency modulation resources.Hybrid energy storage system can play an auxiliary role in secondary frequency modulation of thermal power units,and can solve the problem of insufficient secondary frequency modulation ability.
