摘要
工商管理专业实训工作室已经成为高校培养大学生商业实践能力和创新精神的重要平台,它不仅要求学生拥有扎实的理论基础,同时也要求学生掌握较强的动手能力。商业项目驱动模式在实践教学中扮演着重要的角色,通过具体的项目任务来全方位地开展和落实创新创业教育。阐释商业项目驱动模式的定义和意义,分析高校工商管理专业实训工作室的特点,探索其在促进学生综合能力提升和培养创新能力方面的作用。可从创新意识、创新思维能力、创新实践能力三个方面着手,优化高校工商管理专业实训工作室的培养方法。
The training studio of business administration major in colleges and universities has become an important platform for cultivating students' business practice ability and innovative spirit.It requires students not only to have a solid theoretical foundation,but also to master strong practical ability.The business project driven model plays an important role in practical teaching,which comprehensively carries out and implements innovation and entrepreneurship education through specific project tasks.This article aims to explore the definition and significance of the business project driven model in the practical training studios of business administration majors in universities.It analyzes the characteristics of these studios and explores their role in promoting students' comprehensive abilities and cultivating innovation skills.We can optimize the training methods of practical training studios for business administration majors in universities from three aspects:innovative consciousness,innovative thinking ability,and innovative practical ability.
