鲜竹沥化学成分与药理作用研究进展及其质量标志物预测分析

摘要 鲜竹沥是由竹子加热后的沥出液体制成,具有较高的药用和食用价值,其价格适中且不良反应少,是治疗肺热咳嗽的传统药物,主要功效是清热化痰。目前鲜竹沥的质量控制方法包含色谱法和性状鉴别法等,但由于质量标准较低且缺乏安全性指标,这些方法无法有效提高鲜竹沥的质量,从而影响其临床用药的有效性。因此,建立一个具有高专属性和高敏感度的质量评价体系对于确保鲜竹沥的临床用药安全性和有效性至关重要。本文对鲜竹沥发热药理作用和化学成分进行综述,并结合质量标志物概念,从成分可测性、化学成分特有性以及传统功效等方面进行预测分析,以为鲜竹沥质量控制标志物的确定提供科学依据。 Xianzhuli is made from the liquid extracted from bamboo after heating,which has high medicinal and edible value,and has the characteristics of affordable price and few side effects.It is a traditional medicine used in lung heat cough,and its main effect is to clear heat and eliminate phlegm.In the aspect of quality control of Xianzhuli,the design methods include chromatography,shape identification,etc.,but due to the relatively low quality standards and the lack of safety indicators,it is unable to provide guarantee for the improvement of its quality,which seriously affects its clinical drug effectiveness.Based on this,it is helpful to create a quality evaluation system with strong rotational speed and high sensitivity,which can lay a foundation for the improvement of clinical drug safety and effectiveness.This paper reviews the thermoregulatory pharmacological effects and chemical composition of Xianzhuli,and combines the concept of quality marker with predictive analysis from the perspectives of component measurability,chemical component uniqueness,and traditional efficacy to provide scientific basis for the determination of quality control markers for Xianzhuli.
