六经“少阴-厥阴-少阳”与前列腺增生症辨证思考

柯韵伯有言,仲景之六经,为百病立法,不专为伤寒一科,伤寒杂病治无二理,咸为六经之节制。六经辨证也可论治内伤杂病,少阴元阳不足,为发病之本。厥阴病阴尽阳生,一气周流,肝木欲伸而未伸,兼具风火相煽,以生少阳相火,与前列腺增生症的复杂证候即瘀、毒、痰、热、虚,在病因病机治疗方面有诸多共通之处,笔者结合历代医家对于厥阴的论述加以辨析,并结合康泉方的方药组成提出了六经少阴-厥阴-少阳辨治的可取之处。
