摘要
目的测定不同产地牡蛎中13种元素的含量,分析各元素与产地的相关性,并对牡蛎中5种重金属及有害元素进行评价。方法采用ICP-MS技术对49批牡蛎样品中的元素进行分析,采用聚类分析、主成分分析、PLS-DA分析等方法,对牡蛎中Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb这5种重金属及有害元素的每日最大耐受量、靶标危害系数及致癌风险进行综合评价。结果各元素的含量与产地有较高的相关性,其中K、Mg、Al、Ni、Fe的VIP值>1,差异显著;健康风险评估以牡蛎中的Cu、As、Cd、Hg、Pb这5种元素作为评估指标,发现部分样品中存在As、Hg、Pb超标,提示存在使用牡蛎致癌的潜在风险。结论本研究为牡蛎无机元素的含量与其来源之间的关联性研究奠定基础,并首次构建牡蛎中重金属及有害元素的风险评价模式,为我国牡蛎药材的质量管理及临床应用提供科学依据。
Objective To determine the content of 13 inorganic elements in oysters,analyze the correlation between inorganic elements and their origins in oysters of different sources,and evaluate their health risks of 5 heavy metals and harmful elements.Methods ICP-MS was used to analyze the elemental in 49 batches of oyster samples.Cluster analysis,principal component analysis,PLS-DA and other methods were used to comprehensively evaluate the daily maximum allowable intake,target hazard coefficient,and the carcinogenic risk of heavy metals such as Cu,As,Cd,Hg,and Pb and other harmful elements in oysters.Results There was close correlation between trace element content and place of origin,with VIP values of K,Mg,Al,Ni,and Fe higher than 1,indicating obvious difference in the health risk assessment.The 5 elements(Cu,As,Cd,Hg and Pb)in oysters were used as evaluation indicators,and As,Hg and Pb in the samples was found exceed the prescribed limit,indicating there was potential carcinogenic risk caused by the use of oysters.Conclusion This study clarifies the correlation between inorganic element content and origin of oysters.The risk assessment of heavy metals helps improve the safety and quality standards of oyster medicinal materials.
