高龄孕产妇现状和不良母婴结局的研究进展

Research progresses of current status and adverse maternal and infant outcomes in advanced maternal age

随着产妇年龄的不断增加,高龄孕产妇数量逐年升高。高龄孕产妇身体机能降低,易发生基础疾病,导致不良母婴结局发生率升高。因此,加强高龄孕产妇妊娠现状及结局的研究,对改善母婴健康,促进妇女儿童保健有重要意义。本文主要综述高龄孕产妇现状及可能发生的不良母婴结局,特别对中国高龄孕产妇进行针对性分析。

With the increasing age of puerpera,the number of advanced maternal age is increasing year by year.Advanced maternal age has reduced physical function and is prone to underlying diseases,leading to an increased incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes..Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the status and outcomes of pregnancy among advanced maternal age to improve the health of mothers and infants,and to promote the health care of women and children.This article mainly reviews the current situation and causes of advanced maternal age,the possible adverse maternal and neonatal outcomes,and conducts a targeted analysis of advanced maternal age in China.
