护理专业学生从事儿科护理工作的意愿及影响因素的研究进展

Research progress of nursing students'willingness to work in pediatric nursing and its influencing factors

随着我国儿童人口基数不断上升,儿童卫生服务需求和儿童保健服务工作量也随之增加。我国儿科专科护理人才培养起步较晚,很多方面处于探索阶段,导致儿科护理事业面临许多问题和挑战。我国护理专业学生从事儿科护理工作的意愿不高,影响因素包括一般人口学因素、儿科护理自身的职业特征、护理专业学生对专业的认知及社会各方面对儿科护理的影响。本文对护理专业学生从事儿科护理的意愿与影响因素进行综述,为儿科护理人才培养提供参考依据。

With the increase of child population base in China,the demand for children's health services and the workload of children's health services have also increased.The training of pediatric nursing personnel started late in our country,and many aspects are in the exploratory stage,which leads to many problems and challenges for pediatric nursing.The influencing factors include the general demographic factors,the professional characteristics of pediatric nursing,the cognition of nursing students and the social influences on pediatric nursing.This paper summarizes the willingness and influencing factors of nursing students to engage in pediatric nursing,and provides reference for the training of pediatric nursing talents.
