PCMC联合Sandwich教学法在神经病学本科教学中的应用效果评价

摘要 目的评价启发式临床医学教学模式(PCMC)和三明治教学法(Sandwich)联合应用于神经病学本科教学中的应用效果。方法选择某医学院2020级临床医学专业本科生120名作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(64名)和观察组(56名)两组,分别采用常规教学方法和PCMC联合Sandwich教学法。通过结构化的课前和课后测试、学习满意度调查以及学习能力和职业素养的评估来评价教学效果。结果观察组在理论成绩、技能操作成绩和病案分析成绩方面均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),表明PCMC联合Sandwich教学法能显著提高学生的学习成效。此外,观察组的学生在教学满意度、学习能力提升以及职业素养方面的评分也明显高于对照组,尤其在主动性、沟通能力、观察能力和分析能力方面的提升最为显著。结论PCMC联合Sandwich教学法在神经病学本科教学中的应用可以明显提高学生的理论知识掌握、临床技能操作能力和批判性思维能力,同时提升学生的学习满意度和职业素养。 Objective To evaluate the application effectiveness of the combined problem-originated clinical medical curriculum(PCMC)and Sandwich teaching method in teaching neurology for undergraduate students.Methods This study selected 120 undergraduate medical students of Grade 2020 from Wannan Medical College as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group received conventional teaching method,while the observation group was taught using the combined PCMC and Sandwich Teaching Method.The effectiveness of the teaching methods was evaluated through structured pre-class and post-class tests,student satisfaction surveys,as well as assessments of learning capabilities and professional qualities.Results The observation group significantly outperformed the control group in theoretical knowledge test,skill operation examination,and case analysis scores(P<0.05),indicating that the combined PCMC and Sandwich Teaching Method significantly improves students'learning outcomes.Furthermore,students in the observation group scored significantly higher than those in the control group in terms of teaching satisfaction,learning capability enhancement,and professional quality,especially in terms of initiative,communication skills,observation ability,and analytical skills.Conclusions The application of the combined PCMC and Sandwich Teaching Method in teaching neurology for undergraduate students can significantly enhance students'mastery of theoretical knowledge,clinical skill operations,and critical thinking abilities,while also improving student satisfaction and professional qualities.
