舒更葡糖钠的临床应用研究进展

Research progress on clinical application of sugammadex

舒更葡糖钠,又名布瑞亭,是一种新型氨基甾类肌松药特异性拮抗药,由于其特异性地包裹罗库溴铵,能快速完全逆转神经肌肉阻滞剂(NMBA)的肌松作用,成为麻醉领域备受关注的药物之一。但其在国内还没有普遍使用,可能与其不良反应和昂贵的价格有关。本文从舒更葡糖钠的作用机制、特殊情况下舒更葡糖钠的使用、促进术后快速康复等方面对其临床应用进行综述。

Sugammadex,also known as bridion,is a new aminosteroidal muscle relaxant specific antagonist,and because its specific encapsulation of rocuronium can quickly and completely reverse the muscle relaxant effect of neuromuscular blocking agent(NMBA),it has become one of the most concerned drugs in the field of anesthesia.However,it has not been widely used in China,which may be related to its adverse reactions and high price.In this paper,the clinical application of sugammadex was reviewed from the aspects of mechanism of action,use of sugammadex in special cases,and promotion of rapid recovery after surgery.
