Summary of WANG Li′s Experience in Treating Simple Obesity withMethod of “Supplementing Deficiency and Purging Excess”

单纯性肥胖发病率逐年增高,与糖尿病、高血压病、冠心病等慢性疾病的发生密切相关。西医多以口服药物及手术的方法干预,但不良反应较多。王莉教授认为单纯性肥胖症的发病病机是多个脏器功能失常所致的虚实夹杂,运用中医药治疗肥胖有其独特疗效,临床中多从脾肾两脏入手论治,采用健脾祛湿、化痰祛瘀、温补脾肾等方法。从“补虚泄实”角度出发,探讨王莉教授治疗单纯性肥胖的选方用药,为后续论治单纯性肥胖的临床工作提供参考。

The incidence of simple obesity is increasing year by year,which is closely related to the occurrence of chronic diseases such as diabetes and hypertension.Western medicine usually uses oral medicine and surgery to intervene,but there are more adverse reactions.Professor WANG Li believes that the pathogenesis of simple obesity is the combination of deficiency caused by the dysfunction of multiple organs,and the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of obesity has its unique curative effect.In clinical treatment,spleen and kidney are usually treated from the perspective of invigorating spleen and removing dampness,removing phlegm and blood stasis,warming spleen and kidney,etc.From the perspective of“supplementing deficiency and purging excess”,this paper discussed the prescription and medication selection of Professor WANG Li in the treatment of simple obesity,providing reference for the subsequent treatment of simple obesity.
