新质生产力是高质量发展和实现中国式现代化的重要基础。新质生产力的提出,所引发的既是发展命题,也是改革命题。发展新质生产力需要依靠新技术、新产业、新模式、新动能实现生产力的进步,更呼唤着与之相适应的新型生产关系的塑造。生产关系必须与生产力发展要求相适应是马克思主义政治经济学的基本原理,新质生产力形成和发展的过程中,生产力要素质的变革和技术组合方式的变化、生产力作用方式的新规律和生产力驱动方式的根本变革对新型生产关系的完善和重塑提出了新要求。形成新型生产关系重在全面深化改革,能够为发展新质生产力提供强大动力,更是实现赶超发达国家的必然选择,需要着眼于生产、分配、交换和消费四个环节中的体制机制建构,进而塑造起与新质生产力发展相适应的新型生产关系。
