超越教师伦理困境--兼论教师教育信念培育

摘要 教育本质上的道德属性让教师工作带有浓厚的伦理色彩。在传道、授业、解惑的育人实践中,伦理挑战和行为困境不可避免。教师伦理困境源于现代学校的制度构建与持续变革,并随着当代教育系统的演化而趋于复杂。在学校、学生(家长)和同侪互动的实践场景,公私权衡、义利纠葛、轻重决断困扰着教师的伦理决策。工作场域,教师须用制度化的公开策略应对困境;生活场境,教师又以相应的潜隐策略调适自我。频发的决策困境和异化的伦理实践,消解着学校的办学活力,挫伤了教师的成长内力。超越教师伦理困境,应夯实培植教育信念的智识基础,补齐教师应对伦理困境的素养短板,创设为教师心灵赋能的社群空间,营造让教师安心从教的良序生态,助力教师在弘扬教育家精神的伦理实践中行稳致远。 The essential moral attribute of education adds a strong ethical color to teachers'work.Ethical challenges and dilemmas are inevitable in their practice of education by preaching,teaching and resolving doubts.The ethical dilemmas of teachers stem from the institutional framework and the continuous reform of modern educational institutions,and become more complicated with the evolution of the contemporary education system.In the practice-based scene where educational institutions,students(parents)and peers interact with each other,teachers are troubled in their ethical decision-making by the balance between public and private interests,and the conflicts between justice and interests.In their work,teachers need to use institutionalized public strategies to address the difficulties;in their life,they need to adjust themselves with corresponding hidden strategies.Frequent decision-making dilemmas and dissimilated ethical practices diminish the vitality of educational institutions and undermine the internal force of teachers'growth.To tackle the dilemmas of teachers'ethics,we need to consolidate the intellectual foundation for the cultivation of their belief in education,make up for their poor competence to cope with ethical dilemmas,create a community for their spiritual empowerment,build a good ecological environment for their teaching at ease,and help them to make steady progress in their ethical practice of carrying forward the spirit of distinguished educators.
