生成式人工智能对我国文化创意产业经济的影响及发展对策

The Impact of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content on China’s Cultural and Creative Industry Economy and Development Strategy

生成式人工智能是引领新一轮文化创意产业变革的新质生产力技术。本文基于钻石模型,从技术竞争力-市场竞争力-创新竞争力-社会竞争力构建竞争力评价体系,而后基于数量化理论Ⅲ实证分析了主要国家的生成式人工智能发展对文化创意产业结构转型升级的经验,总结了其生成式AI的技术优势,揭示了创新机制的一般规律和发展路径,并结合我国实际情况,针对算法厌恶、价值链低端锁定等核心问题,提出了建立“以人为本”“智能向善”的生成式人工智能国际化生态、文化创意产业价值链“低端锁定”破解、解构算法厌恶的先进技术、优化学科专业设置,培育适应新质生产力发展需求的文化创意人才、“以数智要素赋能文化创意产业”推进跨界融合创新的发展对策。研究结论适配新质生产力驱动下的生成式人工智能评价体系,为我国实施促进文化和科技深度融合战略提供了产业发展的经验事实和理论支撑。

Artificial Intelligence Generated Content(AIGC)is a new quality productivity technology that leads a new round of cultural and creative industry transformation.This article employs the diamond model to construct a competitiveness evaluation system,comprising technological competitiveness,market competitiveness,innovation competitiveness,and social competitiveness.It empirically analyzes the experience of the development of AIGC on the structural transformation and upgrading of cultural and creative industries in major countries based on quantitative theoryⅢ,summarizes its technological advantages of AIGC,and reveals the general law and development paths of innovation mechanisms.Combines with China’s specific circumstances,to address the issues such as algorithm aversion and low-end lock-in of the value chain,this research proposes to establish a“people-oriented”and“intelligence for good”internationalized ecosystem of AIGC,a solution to the“low-end lock-in”of cultural and creative industry value chain,advanced technologies to deconstruct algorithm aversion,optimize the setting of disciplines and majors,cultivate cultural and creative talents that adapt to the development needs of new quality productivity,and promote cross-border integration and innovation by“empowering cultural and creative industries with digital elements”.The research conclusion fits the evaluation system of AIGC driven by new quality productivity,providing empirical facts and theoretical support for implementing strategies to promote the deep integration of culture and technology in China.
