生成式人工智能赋能职业教育影响研究

摘要 生成式人工智能技术在持续发展和深化,对传统教育模式和教育观念产生深刻影响。生成式人工智能凭借其自主创造性、普遍适用性以及人机协同性等特点,不断深化和拓展职业教育领域的教学设计和学习方法,重构职业教育教学方式和教育形态。基于生成式人工智能技术的快速发展,从辅助教学、支持学习、学科评估、学业辅导以及教学场景等五个方面分析生成式人工智能对职业教育的影响,指出生成式人工智能带来教育资源不均衡、伦理问题以及教学不匹配等问题。在此基础上,针对生成式人工智能应用对职业教育的优势和挑战,提出鼓励生成式人工智能赋能职业教育的政策建议。 Generative artificial intelligence technology continues to develop and deepen,and has a profound impact on traditional education models and concepts.With its characteristics of independent creativity,universal applicability and man-machine collabo-ration,generative artificial intelligence continuously deepens and expands the teaching design and learning methods in the field of vocational education,and reconstructs the teaching methods and education forms of vocational education.Based on the rapid devel-opment of generative artificial intelligence technology,this paper analyzes the impact of generative artificial intelligence on voca-tional education from five aspects,including auxiliary teaching,supporting learning,subject assessment,academic guidance and teaching scenarios,and points out that generative artificial intelligence brings problems such as imbalance of educational resources,ethical problems and teaching mismatch.On this basis,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to encourage generative AI to en-able vocational education in view of the advantages and challenges of generative AI application.
