刘家拳、莫家拳与李家拳技战术差异分析及训练启示

Technical and Tactical Differences between Liujiaquan,Mojiaquan,Lijiaquan and Their Training Implications

刘家拳、莫家拳和李家拳是岭南武术的重要组成部分,对于岭南武术文化的发展具有重要的作用。文章运用文献资料法和访谈法,对刘家拳、莫家拳与李家拳的技战术特点及差异进行分析。研究认为,刘家拳、莫家拳与李家拳在各自的发展中均形成了区别于其他拳种的技战术特点。刘家拳、莫家拳与李家拳在进攻方式与节奏、防守策略、力量运用与发力方式方面具有一定的差异。在训练上,应发挥刘家拳短桥短马、幅度较小、以快为主、贴身短打的技术风格,应突出莫家拳手法紧密、拳势刚猛、步法灵活、注重腿法的技术特点,应形成李家拳沉着稳重、续劲充沛、出手迅猛、着点准确的技术规范。

Liujiaquan,Mojiaquan and Lijiaquan are important components of Lingnan Wushu and have important value for the development of Lingnan Wushu culture.The technical and tactical characteristics and differences of Liujiaquan,Mojiaquan and Lijiaquan are analyzed by means of literature and interview methods.The research shows that Liujiaquan,Mojiaquan and Lijiaquan have different technical and tactical characteristics from the other two types in their respective development.Liujiaquan,Mojiaquan and Lijiaquan have certain differences in attack mode and rhythm,defensive strategy,power use and the way power is used.In training,the Liujiaquan should emphasize its technical characteristics of short bridge and short stance,small movements,speedoriented techniques,and close-range striking.The Mojiaquan should highlight its tight hand techniques,powerful punches,flexible footwork,and emphasis on leg techniques.The Lijiaquan should develop a technical standard of calmness and stability,continuous and abundant force,rapid strikes,and precise targeting.
