体力活动对青少年抑郁的影响--学业自我效能感和情绪智力的中介效应

摘要 研究方法:文章运用《青少年体育活动量表》《学业自我效能感量表》《情绪智力量表》《抑郁自评量表》对1987名高中学生进行测量,运用SPSS19.0和AMOS17.0对数据进行统计分析。研究结论:体育活动对抑制青少年抑郁具有显著效果,情绪智力和学业自我效能感在青少年体育活动和抑郁之间存在显著的单独和链式部分中介效应,可通过提升青少年情绪智力、学业自我效能感单独中介和链式中介作用抑制其抑郁水平。 Research Method:The"Adolescent Physical Activity Scale,""Academic Self Efficacy Scale,""Emotional Intelligence Scale,"and"Self Rating Depression Scale"were used to measure 1987 high school students,and SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 were used for statistical analysis of the data.Research conclusion:Physical activity has a significant effect on suppressing adolescent depression.Emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy have significant individual and chain mediated partial mediating effects between adolescent physical activity and depression,which can be suppressed by enhancing adolescent emotional intelligence and academic self-efficacy as individual and chain mediated effects.
